The Securities Commission has received our report on the success of the Initial Public Offering for the first tokenized green bond of our company. With this, one of the most important steps in the realization of the project for Serbia's first modern hazelnut plantation has officially been completed.
In accordance with the White Paper, the token distribution to the accounts of all investors will be carried out no later than three working days from the official declaration of success, by April 10 at the latest.
While this administrative step is being completed, work on the plantation is already well underway. Planting has begun, and in the coming weeks, our investors can expect photo and video updates from the field, as well as posts informing them about the progress of the project.
This is just the beginning! We would like to thank all the investors for their trust and for participating with us in the development of sustainable and technologically advanced agriculture.
